Ingredients:
- 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 capsicum (any colour), thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup Hotmess Super Gong sauce ( Stir-fry)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, coriander.
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the chicken breasts or thighs thinly against the grain.
- Thinly slice the onion and capsicum, mushrooms and carrots.
- Cut green beens in half.
- Mince the garlic.
Stir-Fry the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed.
- Add the sliced onion, capsicum and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
Combine and Finish:
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
- Add the green beans.
- Pour 1/4 cup ofHotmess Super Gong sauce ( Stir-fry) sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
