Ingredients:

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 capsicum (any colour), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup  Hotmess Super Gong sauce ( Stir-fry)
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, coriander.

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

 

  • Slice the chicken breasts or thighs thinly against the grain.
  • Thinly slice the onion and capsicum, mushrooms and carrots.
  • Cut green beens in half.
  • Mince the garlic.

Stir-Fry the Chicken:

 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

 

  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed.
  • Add the sliced onion, capsicum and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

Combine and Finish:

 

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  • Add the green beans.
  • Pour 1/4 cup ofHotmess Super Gong sauce ( Stir-fry) sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
